Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals for staff.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades and security patches.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees, setting up their workstations.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Reliable internet connection and transportation for occasional on-site duties.
