Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems, printer malfunctions, and application errors efficiently.
- Manage and maintain the local area network (LAN) and wireless infrastructure.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and security setup of new workstations and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
- Document all technical incidents, solutions, and resolutions in the ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Collaborate with the IT Director to upgrade systems and implement new software solutions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in IT support or a help desk environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools, antivirus software, and ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- High school diploma or GED required.
