- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy framework, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Secure executive buy-in and secure resources for high-impact innovation initiatives
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with $10M+ budgets
- Build strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and venture capital firms
- Present innovation roadmaps to the board and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
