Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Hardware & Software: Diagnose and resolve technical issues regarding desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity.
- Incident Management: Respond to help desk tickets and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- User Support: Provide hands-on technical assistance and training to employees on new software and systems.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system updates, security patches, and hardware installations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.
- Inventory Control: Assist in managing IT asset inventory and ensuring equipment is properly labeled and tracked.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic knowledge of Active Directory.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Flexibility: Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends during system maintenance windows.
