Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person, addressing hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Manage and maintain the IT inventory, ensuring accurate asset tracking and warranty information.
  • Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner, prioritizing critical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the Network Team to diagnose and resolve complex connectivity and server issues.
  • Conduct regular software updates and security patches to ensure system integrity.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, setting up their workstations and accounts.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Active Directory, DHCP, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus.
