Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain inventory of IT assets, including laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and business applications.
- Respond to help desk tickets and support requests via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technology solutions.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
