Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain IT assets, including laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot server-related problems.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Conduct regular security updates and software patch management.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, setting up workstations.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and logical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends during critical updates.
