Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support to internal employees and clients.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and hardware failures promptly.
- Manage software updates, security patches, and ensure compliance with IT policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the IT management team to optimize system performance and user satisfaction.
- Assist in the procurement and inventory management of IT assets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (for occasional on-site visits).
- 1-3 years of proven experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings, as needed.
