Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols.
- Assist with the deployment of new hardware and software upgrades.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support tickets and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a help desk environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
