Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person to end-users.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and network connectivity.
  • Manage and maintain the IT asset inventory and help desk ticketing system.
  • Assist in the deployment of new workstations and software updates across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement security protocols and ensure data protection compliance.

Qualifications
