Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage the IT helpdesk ticketing system, prioritizing and resolving incidents efficiently.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of operating systems and enterprise applications.
- Conduct regular security audits and ensure data privacy compliance.
- Collaborate with management to improve IT infrastructure and user workflows.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- CompTIA A+ Certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional off-site support.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs and stand for extended periods.
