As a key member of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and supporting our diverse client base. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 and 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote access.
- Configure and manage endpoints, including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices, using MDM solutions.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and security patching to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement access controls and monitor for potential threats.
- Conduct user training sessions to improve digital literacy and software adoption across the organization.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and processes in our ticketing system (Zendesk/Jira).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS) and troubleshooting hardware components.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
