Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS) and troubleshooting hardware components.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
