Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
- Perform manual and automated regression testing to ensure system stability.
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and improve user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers during sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Monitor application performance and ensure all requirements are met before deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of software testing methodologies, QA life cycles, and Agile/Scrum processes.
- Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases and query execution.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality assurance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
