- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to ensure the highest standards of visual quality.
- Collaborate closely with the product team and creative directors to align motion design with user experience goals.
- Optimize render settings and file sizes for seamless integration across web and mobile platforms.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in 2D animation to keep our creative output ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation and motion graphics design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced knowledge of keyframing, easing, and compositing.
- Experience with vector animation tools such as Adobe Animate or Lottie.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
