- Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of scalable vector graphics and reusable assets.
- Execute complex motion graphics sequences and micro-interactions to improve user engagement.
- Conduct regular audits of design assets to ensure brand consistency and visual impact.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on creative concepts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D graphic design and motion graphics.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in vector art, flat design, and detailed illustration.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
