Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality 2D motion graphics and animations for digital platforms, including social media, web, and TV.
- Collaborate with art directors and copywriters to ensure visual narratives align with strategic goals.
- Create custom rigging and character animations using advanced techniques in After Effects.
- Maintain and evolve the company's visual style guide across all motion assets.
- Manage project timelines and deliver assets that meet strict production deadlines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design and animation.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.
- Strong foundation in traditional animation principles (timing, squash & stretch, follow-through).
- A robust portfolio demonstrating versatility in style, from minimal vector to complex compositing.
- Experience working with production pipelines and version control systems.
