- Talent Development: Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the tech department.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in AI strategy, technical project management, or software engineering leadership.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching AI products or initiatives that have generated significant business value.
