The Role
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Senior Director of Technology Strategy to lead our internal roadmap and client advisory initiatives. In this role, you will be at the forefront of identifying emerging trends in AI, Spatial Computing, and Quantum Readiness, translating them into actionable business strategies.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the development of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning engineering capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends (AI, AR/VR, Edge Computing) and recommend strategic pivots for the organization.
- Leadership: Manage a team of strategists and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Client Advisory: Partner with C-suite executives to define digital transformation strategies and technology stacks.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select strategic technology partners and software vendors.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budgeting and resource planning for high-impact technology projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, or Senior Engineering Management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML integration, and Cybersecurity protocols.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to think beyond current market constraints and anticipate future technological shifts.
