Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages and freight efficiently using conveyor belts or hand trucks.
- Operate warehouse machinery and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring) to ensure safe material handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Assist in inventory management by tagging and shelving stock accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is required.
