Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of freight and materials onto and off trailers, pallets, and shelves.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to accurately scan and track inventory in real-time.
- Maintain a high level of organization and cleanliness within the warehouse facility to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to OSHA regulations.
- Assist with quality control checks to ensure all outbound products meet company standards.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of duties.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
