- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing support cases.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to answer queries effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center operations is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
