Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift staff, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Investigate and resolve operational issues during overnight hours
- Complete shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Train new employees on company procedures and equipment
- Collaborate with day shift management for seamless transitions
- Enforce OSHA compliance and workplace safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain)
