As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive training!
Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently select and pack merchandise for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks, forklifts, and handheld scanners as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in data entry and physical tasks.
