Your Responsibilities
As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations:
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages accurately and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading to ensure accuracy.
- Perform routine inventory counts and stock replenishment during off-peak hours.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of operations.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be able to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
