Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Efficiently load, unload, and move pallets and packages using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of machinery and report any maintenance issues to supervisors immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train reliable candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new warehouse software quickly.
- Background: Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
