Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated individuals to ensure our warehouse operates smoothly during the night shift. You will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, checking for damages or discrepancies.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick orders from the warehouse floor and pack them securely for shipping.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
- Equipment Operation: Operate scanning equipment and inventory management software accurately.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for quality assurance before they leave the facility.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred.
