Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated storage areas efficiently.
- Prepare packages for shipping and ensure accurate labeling and documentation.
- Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies immediately.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Scissor Lift) safely and responsibly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Forklift certification is a major plus.
