Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming freight and shipments accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to minimize workplace accidents.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and securing cargo.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (optional for some roles).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
