Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. You will be responsible for managing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a safe workspace.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and label orders to ensure 100% accuracy for customer delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to prevent accidents.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided for the right candidates).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various floor surfaces.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
