Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping tasks according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for quality, damage, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and deadlines.
- Perform basic data entry and inventory reconciliation tasks using warehouse management software.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the New York location.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
