Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during the night shift to ensure maximum productivity and safety compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels in the SAP system and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent downtime.
- Conduct nightly safety audits and enforce strict adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the day-shift management team to resolve operational discrepancies and plan for the next cycle.
- Train and mentor new entry-level staff on proper handling procedures and equipment usage.
- Maintain accurate digital logs and update shipment tracking information in real-time.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
