Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Update customer records accurately in the CRM system after every interaction.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and billing questions.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and response times.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be available to work a part-time schedule, including weekends or evenings.
