- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Escalate complex issues to the management team when necessary.
- Update customer data and records in the internal database.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
