Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate tickets to senior management when necessary.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of technical products and services.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
