Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist clients with account setup, configuration, and navigation.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve system bugs.
- Conduct training sessions for new users on internal tools.
- Monitor system performance and ensure 99.9% uptime where applicable.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
- High school diploma or GED required.
