Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise and inventory with accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe manner.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to ensure efficient workflow and product retrieval.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to minimize shrinkage.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory.
