Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain and update digital records of all transactions and client interactions.
- Assist in the scheduling and coordination of daily logistics tasks.
- Process invoices and receipts accurately within our financial management system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational goals are met during every shift.
- Identify and escalate potential operational issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and productivity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
