Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for commercial applications
- Develop error correction algorithms for 100+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum-classical interfaces
- Lead security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography
- Publish research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor junior quantum engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# frameworks
- Published papers on quantum error correction
- Experience with superconducting or photonic qubits
- Security clearance eligibility (or willingness to obtain)
