Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures supporting >10,000 qubit operations
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise-scale AI optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen quantum processors
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Drive quantum algorithm development for climate modeling and drug discovery
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum error correction breakthroughs
- Present quantum roadmaps to Fortune 500 CTOs and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq quantum programming frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor integration
- Demonstrated expertise in quantum machine learning implementations
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
