Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms targeting 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead experimental validation on 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on quantum-AI fusion projects
- Secure patents and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
