Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap by analyzing emerging tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and sociocultural transformations
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development lifecycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present visionary frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused topics
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience with global trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
