- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and quantum hardware interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction codes
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Published record in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware integration
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
