Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Configure and maintain user accounts, operating systems, and software applications.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement process improvements.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new devices for remote employees.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and networks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with flexible hours.
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
