Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Document technical solutions and user interactions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve systemic technical issues.
- Conduct basic system maintenance and perform software updates on user devices.
- Escalate complex issues to Senior Engineers or Vendors as necessary.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when assisting diverse user bases.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional on-site support).
