Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological inflection points to forecast market disruptions through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise clients navigating quantum computing and neurotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into R&D roadmaps and product innovation pipelines
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Collaborate with AI ethics boards to establish responsible innovation guidelines for emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning and futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech, neuro-interfaces, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to executive audiences
