Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive strategy that outlines product vision, goals, and key milestones for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies and competitor movements to identify white space opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic initiatives to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives and product teams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Innovation Leadership: Champion the adoption of new technologies (e.g., AI, predictive analytics) to drive product differentiation.
- Prioritization: Lead the prioritization of features and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic fit.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Strategy, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about 3-5 year horizons and translate high-level concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycles, cloud architecture, and emerging tech trends.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal formats.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Data-Driven: Proficiency in using data analytics to drive decision-making and validate strategic hypotheses.
