Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design scalable, robust AI architectures specifically tailored for the demands of 2026, including predictive analytics and autonomous agents.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Guide the engineering roadmap, making high-stakes decisions on tech stacks, frameworks, and infrastructure scaling.
- Deep Learning Implementation: Spearhead the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision systems.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation, conducting code reviews and mentoring junior architects and data scientists.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict protocols for data privacy, bias mitigation, and responsible AI deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric experiences.
- R&D Leadership: Explore emerging technologies (Quantum Computing interfaces, Neuro-symbolic AI) to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML development, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Modeling: Proven track record of deploying production-grade models, including fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
