Responsibilities
- Architect LLM Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance large language model architectures tailored for enterprise-grade applications.
- Agent Development: Lead the research and development of autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning and multi-step decision-making.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune proprietary models and optimize inference latency for real-time production environments.
- MLOps Leadership: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines and monitoring frameworks to ensure model reliability and continuous improvement.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with data scientists to curate high-quality datasets and establish data governance protocols.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Core Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python and modern machine learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Generative AI: Proven experience with LLMs, GANs, or diffusion models, including fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Production Experience: Demonstrated track record of deploying complex AI models into high-traffic production environments.
- Mathematical Maturity: Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
