Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using React, Node.js, and modern frameworks.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security compliance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote-first culture.
- Must be willing to work full-time on-site in San Diego, CA.
