Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance via phone, email, and remote support tools.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and steps taken in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical bugs.
- Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and security patches.
- Conduct training sessions for new software implementations.
- Monitor system performance and respond proactively to potential outages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Android operating systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Zoom).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if necessary.
